Welcome to The Legend of Sangue. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including its stories, artwork, interactive experiences, subscriber areas, digital products, community features, and other content and services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, purchasing content, or subscribing to a paid service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides access to The Legend of Sangue, an original fictional story universe and interactive entertainment experience. Content may include fiction, artwork, illustrations, fictional historical documents, character materials, interactive locations, downloadable content, subscriber-exclusive materials, and other creative works.
The story is presented nonlinearly. Content may depict different eras, characters, events, perspectives, and levels of knowledge and may be added, expanded, reorganized, or updated as the story develops.
2. Fictional Content
The Legend of Sangue is a work of fiction. Characters, organizations, governments, historical materials created for the story, supernatural systems, events, correspondence, documents, and other story elements are fictional or used fictitiously except where otherwise expressly identified.
Any resemblance to actual persons or events may be coincidental unless otherwise stated.
The Site may incorporate historical periods, locations, cultures, mythology, scientific concepts, or other real-world material into its fictional universe. Inclusion within the story should not be interpreted as a representation that every fictional depiction is historically, scientifically, spiritually, or factually accurate.
3. Mature Content
The Site is intended for a mature audience and may contain violence, war, death, trauma, abuse, sexual or romantic material, strong language, and other potentially difficult subject matter.
Individual stories or areas of the Site may contain additional content notices where appropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the stories, characters, fictional universe, worldbuilding, original artwork, illustrations, graphics, fictional documents, maps, photographs or composite imagery, website copy, downloadable materials, designs, logos, names, and other original content appearing on the Site are owned by or licensed to the Site owner and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Accessing, purchasing, downloading, or subscribing to content does not transfer ownership of that content or its underlying intellectual property to you.
You may enjoy purchased or subscriber content for your own personal, noncommercial use.
Unless you have received prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, commercially exploit, upload, publicly distribute, or create unauthorized commercial products from protected Site content.
You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks, attribution, access controls, or other rights-management information from Site materials.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that applicable law independently provides to you, including lawful fair use where applicable.
5. Subscriber Content
Certain areas of the Site may require a paid subscription or other paid access.
Subscriber-exclusive material is provided for the personal use of the subscriber. A subscription does not authorize you to copy, distribute, publicly post, resell, share, or provide subscriber-only content to non-subscribers.
Subscriber offerings may evolve over time as new stories, locations, artifacts, features, and experiences are introduced. Unless expressly promised as part of a specific purchase, the availability of individual pieces of subscriber content is not guaranteed indefinitely.
Current pricing and the benefits included with each subscription will be displayed before purchase.
6. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation information will be disclosed to you as part of the subscription process.
Where required, your affirmative consent to recurring charges will be obtained before you are charged.
You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation methods made available to you. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or provided under our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Digital Purchases
Certain stories, artwork, artifacts, documents, downloads, collector materials, or other digital products may be offered as individual purchases.
Purchasing digital content grants you a limited license for personal, noncommercial use. It does not transfer copyright or authorize redistribution.
Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately, refund eligibility may differ from physical merchandise. Please review the Refund & Return Policy before purchasing.
8. Physical Products
If physical books, collector editions, merchandise, or other physical products are offered through the Site, additional shipping, return, replacement, and refund terms may apply.
Those terms will be disclosed through the applicable product information and Refund & Return Policy.
9. Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.
Please provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Accounts and subscriber access are intended for the individual who created or purchased them unless a particular offering expressly permits sharing.
10. Community Features
The Site may offer comments, discussions, subscriber communities, forums, or other interactive features.
Participation should remain respectful. You may not use community features to harass or threaten others; post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or deliberately disruptive material; impersonate another person; distribute spam or malicious software; infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights; or distribute pirated or unauthorized copies of Site content.
We may moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to community content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the community, the Site, its users, or our legal rights.

11. User-Submitted Content
If the Site permits you to post comments, theories, reviews, fan discussions, or other material, you retain whatever ownership rights you have in your original content.
By intentionally posting material to public or community portions of the Site, you grant the Site a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that material as reasonably necessary to operate and provide those features.
Please do not submit unsolicited story ideas, characters, plots, scenes, worldbuilding concepts, scripts, or other creative proposals for incorporation into The Legend of Sangue.
Reader theories and ordinary discussion are welcome, but submitting an idea does not create an obligation to use, review, compensate, credit, or respond to it.
12. Fan Discussion and Sharing
We love readers discussing the story, sharing reactions, creating theories, and recommending The Legend of Sangue to others.
Reasonable noncommercial discussion and sharing are welcome, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
However, please do not reproduce complete paid stories, subscriber-exclusive materials, downloadable artifacts, substantial portions of protected content, or other materials in a way that substitutes for obtaining access through the Site.
13. Third-Party Services
The Site may interact with or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, social networks, retailers, publishing services, or other websites.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Purchases made through a third-party retailer or platform may also be subject to that platform’s purchase, refund, subscription, or account policies.
14. Site Availability and Changes
We may add, remove, reorganize, update, revise, or discontinue Site features and content as the project develops.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature at all times. Maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, changes to third-party services, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
Where a change materially affects a paid offering, we will handle that change in accordance with applicable law and any specific commitments made at the time of purchase.
15. No Professional Advice
The Site is provided for storytelling, entertainment, artistic, educational, and community purposes.
Nothing within the fictional story, character dialogue, fictional medical or historical material, spiritual or metaphysical worldbuilding, or other creative content constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site to violate applicable law; interfere with Site operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or restricted areas; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract protected content in violation of applicable law or these Terms; circumvent paywalls or technological access restrictions; introduce malicious code; commit fraud; or exploit the Site or its users.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption or error, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
19. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of material violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, harassment, piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or conduct that materially harms the Site or its community.
Where applicable, termination of access will be handled consistently with consumer-protection law and the terms governing paid purchases.
20. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Site, its services, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Site owner, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.
