The Legend of Sangue has been created to be read, explored, discussed, theorized about, and shared with a community of readers who love its world.
We want you to enjoy the story, talk about it, recommend it, debate your theories, and invite other people into Sangue.
We also ask that you respect the creative work that makes this experience possible.
1. Ownership of The Legend of Sangue
Unless otherwise stated, The Legend of Sangue and its original creative content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
This includes, where applicable:
- stories, episodes, scenes, and written materials;
- original characters and character materials;
- original fictional settings, histories, and worldbuilding;
- original artwork and illustrations;
- fictional letters, journals, records, reports, and historical documents;
- maps, diagrams, and other original visual materials;
- downloadable digital products and collector materials;
- subscriber-exclusive content;
- Sangue’s Secrets materials;
- original website copy and interactive story content;
- logos, branding, and other protected identifying materials; and
- other original creative works published as part of The Legend of Sangue.
Some materials incorporated into the Site may be licensed from third parties or used according to other applicable rights. Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and applicable license terms.
2. Purchasing Content Does Not Transfer Copyright
Purchasing a subscription, digital product, downloadable artifact, or other paid access gives you permission to personally enjoy the content provided with that purchase.
It does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying material.
Paid and subscriber-exclusive content may not be copied, uploaded, redistributed, resold, republished, or otherwise made available to people who have not purchased or subscribed to receive it.
In other words: purchasing access means the content is yours to enjoy, not yours to redistribute.
3. Sharing and Talking About Sangue
Please talk about Sangue.
Seriously.
Reader discussion, theories, reactions, reviews, recommendations, and ordinary noncommercial fandom are welcome.
You are welcome to tell people what you loved, what broke your heart, who you distrust, what you think is going to happen next, and why everyone else in the discussion is obviously wrong about that suspicious detail they somehow failed to notice.
You may also share links directing people to publicly available Legend of Sangue pages and content.
Reasonable quotations or excerpts may be used where permitted by applicable law, including for commentary, criticism, review, discussion, or other legally protected purposes.
Please do not reproduce entire episodes, substantial portions of stories, complete paid artifacts, subscriber-only materials, or other content in a way that allows someone to experience the paid or protected work without obtaining legitimate access.
4. Sangue’s Secrets and Subscriber-Exclusive Material
Part of the fun of Sangue’s Secrets is discovering something other readers may not have found yet.
You are absolutely welcome to talk about what you discover.
However, please do not upload, reproduce, distribute, or publicly post the complete subscriber-exclusive artifact, image, document, story, download, or other protected material itself.
Tell people what you found.
Debate what it means.
Scream about it together.
Then send them to Sangue so they can discover it too.
5. Artwork
Artwork published as part of The Legend of Sangue may not be reproduced, sold, commercially distributed, used as merchandise, or represented as your own work without permission, except where otherwise allowed by applicable law.
Please do not remove watermarks, copyright information, signatures, attribution, or other rights information from artwork.
Where artwork incorporates properly licensed third-party material, those underlying elements remain subject to their applicable licenses and ownership rights.
6. Downloads and Digital Artifacts
Downloadable products are provided for your personal, noncommercial enjoyment unless a different license is expressly provided with a particular product.
Downloading a file does not grant permission to upload it elsewhere, distribute copies, sell it, include it in another product, or make it publicly available.
7. Fan Creativity
We love that stories inspire creativity.
Noncommercial reader discussion, theories, reactions, and ordinary fandom are welcome.
Nothing on this page grants a commercial license to use The Legend of Sangue characters, artwork, stories, branding, or other protected intellectual property.
If you are interested in a commercial use, collaboration, adaptation, licensing arrangement, or other professional use of The Legend of Sangue, please contact us before using the material.
8. Unsolicited Story Ideas
Because The Legend of Sangue is an ongoing story with extensive existing characters, histories, future events, and unpublished material, please do not submit unsolicited plots, characters, scenes, storylines, scripts, worldbuilding concepts, or other creative material for possible incorporation into the story.
Reader theories and discussions are welcome and are part of the fun.
However, posting or sending a theory or idea does not create an obligation for us to use, review, credit, compensate, or respond to it.
Similarities between reader theories or submitted ideas and existing or future Legend of Sangue material may be coincidental or may result from story developments that were already created or planned independently.
9. Unauthorized Distribution
We reserve the right to take reasonable action to protect The Legend of Sangue and its intellectual property from piracy, unauthorized commercial exploitation, impersonation, or substantial unauthorized redistribution.
This may include requesting removal of infringing material, reporting violations to platforms or service providers, restricting access to subscriber content where appropriate, or pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
10. Copyright Concerns
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and expect visitors to do the same.
